Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you offer packages?
-
I am currently offering two packages in six and eight hour increments beginning at $1800. Every wedding is unique and I am happy to work with you to to customize something for your special day. Full pricing can be found under the Information tab or by clicking Here
9/2020 - Due to Covid restrictions of large gatherings, I am now offering pricing for one, two or three hours of photography
- We are having a smaller event. Can we hire you for a few hours?
-
Yes. I photograph a number smaller, more intimate weddings throughout the year. Small ceremonies begin at $335 and can be viewed Here.
- How soon should we book you?
-
A good rule of thumb would be about ten months to a year from your wedding date, especially if your wedding is in the spring or in the fall, as these tend to be the busier months. It is not uncommon though, to book up to eighteen months beforehand. If you find yourself inside of the ten month window, please contact me, I may be available!
- Do you require a deposit?
-
For me to hold your date, I require a small non refundable deposit and a signed wedding agreement. The balance may be paid on or before your wedding day.
- How far do you travel?
-
While I have photographed weddings all over New England and upstate New York, I am currently focusing on weddings a little closer to home, here in western, MA. Travel up to 1.5 hours from Longmeadow, MA (01106) is included in my package pricing.
- Do you work alone? Do I need a second photographer?
-
Most often I work alone and on occasion I will have an assistant with me. If your wedding package requires I be there for pre-ceremony pictures, and I am unable to get to the groom's location in addition to the bride's location, you may benefit from having a second photographer. I work with three trusted photographers to assist when needed.
- Do you offer prints and albums?
-
Yes. Your wedding pictures will be uploaded to a password protected online gallery for you to view and download. Prints may be purchased directly from the online gallery. I currently offer two types of albums which may be added to any package. I have samples available if you wish to see them.
- Can we make our own prints?
-
While you will get printing rights to your photos, do keep in mind that all prints are not created equal. Prints from pharmacy printers use inexpensive inks and paper and often leave green or magenta color casts on your photos. My recommendation for your wedding pictures is to have them printed professionally so they reflect the initial investment you have made.
